What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Enterprise?

All three plans include everything: unlimited tracked queries, competitor comparison, and trend reports. The difference is how often checks run and how many companies you can track. Starter covers 1 company with checks twice a week. Growth covers up to 3 companies with checks every day. Enterprise covers as many companies as you want, also checked every day, built for agencies tracking multiple clients.

What counts as a "mention"?

A mention is any response where your company is referenced by name. We also record sentiment and response quality, so you can tell a favorable mention apart from a neutral or negative one.

What does "response quality" mean?

It's how prominently you showed up in the answer, not just whether you were named. We label each mention as a top pick, a featured mention, or a brief mention, so you can tell the difference between being the headline recommendation and a passing reference.

Can I compare myself to competitors?

Yes. Add the competitors you care about and we'll track their mention rate alongside yours, so you can see the trend side-by-side instead of just your own numbers in isolation.

Can I change my tracked queries and competitors later?

Yes, at any time. Add or remove queries and competitors as your positioning changes. There's no lock-in to what you set up on day one.

How far back does my mention history go?

Back to the day you started tracking. We keep your full history for as long as your account is active, so your trend charts only get more useful over time.

Is my data secure?
