How often are mentions checked?
It depends on your plan. Starter gives you 2 runs per week, enough to track a steady trend. Growth gives you unlimited runs, so you can check as often as you want.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Both plans include everything — unlimited tracked queries, competitor comparison, and trend reports. Starter is capped at 2 runs per week, which is enough for most teams tracking trends over time. Growth removes that cap entirely, useful around launches or when you want to see the impact of a change right away.
What counts as a "mention"?
A mention is any response where your company is referenced by name. We also record sentiment and response quality, so you can tell a favorable mention apart from a neutral or negative one.
What does "response quality" mean?
It's how prominently you showed up in the answer, not just whether you were named. We label each mention as a top pick, a featured mention, or a brief mention, so you can tell the difference between being the headline recommendation and a passing reference.
